Suicide is the second leading cause of death among 10-14 and 20-34 year olds, and the third leading cause of death among 15-19 year olds (). We can help destigmatize mental health concerns and prevent suicide by learning health facts and suicide warning signs, having open conversations and having access to helpful resources.
